Most people end up waiting anywhere from 4-12 hours so brace yourself they are waiting on product from Mexico I think so it can take 3-8 hours to get here

U can park on side of the street or in side of the building walk and Chek in they'll proly send u to truck stop and to wait for call.
I checked in at 3:30pm I got the door at 11:00 pm 12:20 right now still nothing

I was lucky enough to get there and get loaded right away. Took a minute to find the office, several trucks waiting for product. My experience was rather good.

Smart Ass Border drivers!!! Customer service sucks, translator apps ridiculous!Thought Nogales was still in the U.S.? Be ready to be there for your pickup 12 to 15 hours minimum!! JOKE!

12 hours of waiting for 1 pallet...🤯I understand what customs is and its work, plan your deliveries in advance, or do not promise the broker about the specified time on the PO 🤐. if you have a warehouse, then use it as a warehouse, not a transfer base, drivers also people who plan their day and rest at a truck stop, it is not a car to park anywhere - here you still have to find a place, especially when your working hours are ending and the clock is 10:00 PM 😡 Dear drivers, be ready for this if you still you have an appointment here, good luck.
