Some of the employees are very helpful; one is particularly unhelpful and sarcastic. Had several very negative encounters. It also seems as if employees routinely don’t give all the information necessary, requiring several unnecessary calls and visits to the office. It’s also widely known and discussed by local residents that “you don't want to make these ladies mad because then you won’t get any help at all.” Unfortunately, there is not any other option.
