Richard helped me select the the right flooring for my basement bedroom (vinyl plank, so it would be watertight) and made sure that I was happy with the product. He and his team work quickly and cleanly. I later had him repair some minor flooring damage in my rental unit and install a tile backsplash in my kitchen, and both are beautiful. Also, Richard is very responsive, and when I had any concerns he'd respond quickly via text. I'm so happy with Crystal's that my brother and sister-in-law are using them for to replace their flooring! Highly recommend.

I moved to a home in Brentwood, California, and was looking to remove the 15-year-old carpet on the stairs and add hardwood to the stairs with the white top. I researched brand named flooring stores and outlets and asked around and was referred to a local company, Crystal’s Flooring.
As I interviewed flooring outlets for the job, I became impressed with Richard Swain and Crystal’s Flooring previous work and their attention to detail in understanding all of the details it would take to remove, as mentioned 15-year-old carpet and provide a fresh look of hardwood floors on stairs, which is difficult along with white tops. I gave the job to Crystal’s Flooring and Richard Swain did a fantastic job that is marveled at when people enter my house. The old carpet on the stairs was removed perfectly and the hardwood was manicured and installed perfectly also with the white tops. I am very satisfied with the price and the workmanship and performance of the hardwood on the stairs and recommend Crystal’s Flooring to anyone who has flooring needs in their home or business.
