2-BOXES, NO BALLS! We ordered the 4" offset gooseneck ball from Curt, through Amazon. The first 2 pictures are the first box we received while we were still in south Florida, ball missing. We moved over the weekend to north Georgia. The third picture is us following instructions for a field destroy and it was discarded in the dumpster. We got those instructions from Curt who authorized a replacement. With our current shipping address on file, they sent out a replacement to south Florida. When we asked about that, they shipped another to us here in Georgia. The last 2 pictures are the new box sent to us in Georgia, still missing the ball. This box came directly from their warehouse here in Georgia, 1.5 hrs from our current location. We are still waiting to hear back from anyone.

Absolutely worst dealer service warehouse, every since current management was put in place.
For years and years, Ryan and a few others were responsible for processing all our orders and everything was “Always perfect “..... What we ordered was “ALWAYS exactly what we received”. For the last couple of years, EVERY ORDER WE PLACE IS SENT OUT WRONG IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER !! Then the current manager sweeps it all under the rug and there’s no record of their constant incompetence and mistakes.... and no attempt at communication by phone call or fax or email to explain their screw-ups. THEN TO TRY AND GET THE CURRENT MANAGER TO GO BACK AND FIX THEIR SCREW-UPS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE.
THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS AND NOTHING BUT BAD MANAGEMENT AND IS TOTALLY INEXCUSABLE!!!

Unprofessional, don’t care one bit about assisting the end user who purchased and supported them by buying one of their products. Will never recommend this brand and will continue to voice their lack of care for the end user/consumer.
