A few years back in 2020, I paid $1400.00 to this company for installing a ramp
on my 2000 Ford E350 that was to allow me to place my commercial mowers and
equipment inside safely and securely. I provided pictures of what it was to look like per
their request. First off, it took 2 months to install after given the runaround as to
completion. For the inconvenience, they promised to make weed eater and blower racks.
This was appreciated, but even that wasn’t completed until the following months and
into my new season of work. Once receiving the truck back, I noticed the ramp gates
had a 4” gap and should have been closer. There were no handles installed and it
buckles when you step on it. Also, it's not level when the ramp is extended to the
ground, which means it’s not long enough. I complained about this and the faulty
workmanship the day I picked it up but was ignored.
I tried my best to communicate patience with John (your employee) at that time
and requested a follow-up service on the hazardous work done incorrectly. I even went
as far as to send him a message of disappointment wishing I hadn't paid until it was
done correctly. Regretfully, I called to their attention the faulty workmanship of the
service provided me. Critically, this faulty workmanship was an endangerment to my
company. I've fallen through it and so have a couple of my employees.
Moreover, their organization has holistically placed my company in danger and in
jeopardy by such unprofessional behavior in resolving these issues amicably. From the
very beginning I’ve reached out with concerns regarding issues found upon the
completion of the work the company rendered. I've made my claim very clear that I am
very dissatisfied with the unsafe/inadequate structure of the custom ramp and the
process to resolve the issue. I recently reached back out to your company in 2023 for
resolution because it's really dangerous. I was assured that the issues would be
addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. The gentleman seemed very interested and
in agreement that this was an issue and apologized for the work, but it wasn’t when he
was employed there.
However, each time I reached out to address all found issues, I was given the
runaround. That is, the company stopped responding to my calls and the
representative didn’t follow up with me as promised. Thus, after several attempts to
resolve this problem by phone and in person its still not fixed. It's
sad that such a reputable company would not want to address such small corrections
that I was requesting.

This place is great! So here is my story, I live in New Jersey and I needed to get and install glass cargo rack on my sprinter van with my luck I run in to this place. So I placed an order (which was almost half time cheaper than anywhere else) and in less than in two weeks they told me its ready and I can stop by for installation. So I went there straight from New Jersey after 14 hrs driving got there and in two hours BAAAM! the rack was installed without any problems and I was on my way back home! thank you guys! I have few more new vans coming deffinitely will use you guys for this hook up!

Wonderful experience overall; Amanda is amazing to deal with she’s on top of her game, and Lane, he is amazing at what he does… if there is ever anything that you do not like they will go above and beyond to change whatever to make you 100% completely happy! This is our second rack they’ve built for us and they will be doing our next one down the road as well! Highly recommend Lane, Amanda and the entire crew!

I grew up in a fabrication shop building dirt track race cars as a kid but moved away from that in 1991. Since then it has been a struggle to find a good shop that just finished the job as requested. I'm glad I found them as the work has been great, delivered as promised and the price reasonable.

Ordered a glass rack for a truck. Was promised to get the rack in a week and took nearly 5. Once we did get it the fuel cut out was wrong even after giving them year make and model of the truck along with measurements. Called John and his response was you’ll have to cut it out yourself. Never once tried to make any of the problems right. Don’t waste your time and money.
