This was back in October 24th of 2024. My son had a flat tire. Him being from out of town, 18 year old and not knowing what to do. I contacted this shop. Lovely lady I spoke to got my son same day to make sure he was taken cared of. His rim was cracked...not much they could've done that time. But the compassion, kindness and understanding of this shop...made my heart melt. Thank you guys for taking care of my son. I still think about it till this day. Just wanted to show my gratitude ❤️

Kelly at the front desk was very polite and professional. She kept me informed on my truck. It needed water pump, belt and thermostat. Don't know who worked on it, but they got on it and got it done and it is running good.

I was in need of a quick and good repair of a tire on our pickup so we could continue our vacation. I received great service, and a great repair of the tire. Within 15 minutes of arriving at the shop my truck was jacked up and the tire was being repaired.
Can’t say how grateful I am!!
Would recommend this shop to everyone!

Horrible experience. After they had my vehicle for 3 weeks, they finally called me and quoted me what the cost would be for the repairs. I asked them what the bottom line would be for my vehicle to be repaired. She told me the specific amount that I would have to pay, and I agreed to that. When they called me and told me I could pick my vehicle up, I was informed that the amount was 40% higher. The reason being they decided to do additional work unrelated to my initial problem on my vehicle without consulting me or getting the okay first. Even though they admitted that move was their fault, she said that they were not going to change the cost or take the parts off i didn't authorize and that I would have to eat it. Had I known they were dishonest with no self-respect or integrity, I would have gone elsewhere.

Best customer service!!! We ran into car problems on the highway and stopped at Dade Tire to get it checked out. The woman at the front helped us scan the codes & gave us great (and affordable) advice.
