I've ordered plate ribs, including Wagyu from all over the country. I went to Davidsons the other day and bought a 6lb rack, these were the best ribs I've ever found. Here are some pictures for you to enjoy. I even made the cutting board.

Super friendly folk, place is clean, meats look great. Big cuts of good looking meats, i got some YaYa burgers, brisket burgers and the twice baked potatoes. Ill let you know how my grilling goes i cant wait.
Update, so I grilled up the burgers and potato, for the price go for the YaYa's for the taste definitely the brisket. As for the potato's you might want to add some seasoning or gravy, good but lack a lil flavor.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Pork crown roast was prepared perfectly, making the prep and cooking a breeze. A real pleasure for this retired chef to work with a professional butcher again. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Great service. I have tummy issues when I eat red meat. But I love to eat a nice steak. So I went to Davison meats and bought a really nice piece of steak. Let me just say I didn't have any tummy issues after eating it!! I was amazed!
We also just got 3 hamburger patties and they were amazing. You can't get really good quality meat at grocery stores . We paid a little bit more then we would at Fry's but we got great quality meat!! Well Worth the $$.. we will definitely be going back for more!! Thanks Davison meats!!!!

I have to be honest: my Whole Foods order was short, and missing the ESSENTIAL beef bones needed to make the beef stock for my ragu recipe, and because said bones were out of stock. Davison to the rescue! I called before venturing out to make sure they had the ~ 5lbs of meaty/marrow bones. BOOM! Billie Jo set everything aside for me and as evidenced by the photo, these bones are going to make one luxurious stock. It's going to take upwards of 8 hours but low and slow brings out the richest flavor. Fully confident that I have found my new butcher shop in the NW Tucson/Oro Valley region.

I was here visiting family and as I searched “the closest meat market” Davison Meats showed up. I was just lucky to find this place. I purchased two Rib Eye steaks from the friendliest woman. I am 70 years old and I can honestly say I have never had anything taste so good! The people in Tucson are quite fortunate to have an establishment like this.
