Excellent customer service and communication! We have had our riding lawn mower repaired here through our insurance and were very pleased. It's back again for a different repair and we are glad that we could use them again.

I reached out to James in the small engine shop for my son’s dirt bike not starting. It was a Christmas gift and he informed me the wait could be up to six weeks, just given their backlog. I can't say enough about Dawsonville Hardware. They are top notch in my opinion. James and everyone else there at Dawsonville Hardware were great to deal with and super friendly. I had a problem with a relatively new side by side (that I did not buy from them) blow an engine. They were able to get the repair covered under warranty. They rebuilt the engine and it seems to be running great. I will definitely be back if I need any repairs in the future, great place to do business!!
