We've had the pleasure of working with Day's Fine Jewelry a few times now for the repair and restoration of heirloom family jewelry pieces, some of which was decades old and needed specialized care. Each time, the Day's team has done an amazing job, bringing our pieces back to life and making them sparkle just as they should!

What stands out to us is their integrity and honesty. Likewise, it’s refreshing to see such deep knowledge of the intricate techniques needed for special pieces.

Their work is fantastic, and the pricing is very reasonable. We definitely recommend them—you can’t go wrong here!

I went to several jewelers to try to get my silver earring posts replaced with gold ones. I was turned down by one after the other, being told it wasn't possible without ruining the delicate design of my earrings. I came to Day's and gave Lorin my earrings. He said he would give it a shot. The work he did on the posts is seamless and beautiful. The price was more than fair. Ginger is always kind and helpful and gave me a detailed message updating me on my jewelry which I appreciated. I don't think I'll be going to any other jeweler from now on! This is hands-down the best jewelry store in the Phoenix area. I first visited them when a stone fell out of my wedding band and needed it replaced. Even though I did not purchase the ring from them, they were incredibly kind and took the time to decide what stone would work best. A year later my husband surprised me with a new wedding ring that he designed with Lorin and Ginger. My ring needed to be resized (not their fault! My ring size changed since my husband first needed it), and even though they were slammed for the holidays they took the time to re-measure me and make sure everything was to my size and liking. I will never go anywhere else for high-end jewelry, and I cannot recommend them enough!!

In a world where customer service seems to be dying, it is refreshing and reassuring to have a trusted and family-owned establishment like Day's. Lorin and Ginger are wonderful and professional to work with. Recently my Panerai manual-wind watch broke and was taken in to them. Even though the final repair costs were under-quoted, they still honored the quoted price. Now that's integrity!

I initially wandered into Day's to have a battery replaced in my watch (my dentist office is across the street-). Got to talking to Lorin about jewelry in general saying I'd be back in soon. Over the next couple years he has made me a beautiful pendant with a few stones I owned and other stones he had->definitely a collaborative design that I get complimented on all the time. And later he made a ring for me to reset a larger center stone-again, beautiful and I get comments frequently (saw it on your page somewhere Lorin!!!). Great work, great people and will recommend to ANYONE!!!

Highly recommend Day’s Fine Jewelry! I found this store while shopping around for engagement rings and have been so happy with my decision to purchase here. Lorin was incredibly friendly and informative from the start. It was great to be able to talk through different designs with someone so knowledgeable and he provided some great recommendations. I ended up ordering a custom ring and Lorin delivered an absolutely beautiful ring at a great price. We will certainly be back for our wedding bands and any other jewelry needs.
