I have hired Deep South Appliance twice now to repair my washer and dryer. Both times were great. They were pretty flexible on schedule and worked with what times worked best for me.

The first time I scheduled an appointment, the gentlemen was on time, fixed my dryer with no problems. He was very nice and helped me clean out the dryer lint from inside the machine.

The second time was my washer leaking. Very nice gentlemen as well diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back a few days later to install the part. There was an issue with the part during the first installation and the problem came back immediately. Deep South didn't hesitate to come back that day and figure out what the problem was. They let me know that they would do what they could to fix the issue as soon as possible. Once they came back with a replacement part, the washer was fixed. They were very genuine and transparent during the entire process. I really appreciated that.

Deep South Appliance took care of me like I was family! They were kind, quick, and personal. My dryer stopped working and I had no idea what happened. I was afraid it might be a costly repair. I called and scheduled an appointment for a service call the very next day. Turns out it was only a broken belt and was able to be fixed on the spot. Now my dryer is working like a charm again. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing repairs done on appliances. In fact I already have recommended them twice. Thank you for your personal and professional service.

I just don’t have enough space to comment on customer service and satisfaction. I called a few days ago to schedule my 8 month LG comb. The communication throughout the process was top tier. When they showed up I was nervous they weren’t LG service providers, but they took amazing care of my issues. They were able to resolve the issue and didn’t charge an arm and leg. I won’t be using anyone else for my home for sure. Thank you so much Deep South Appliance.

Had Deep South Appliance out this morning for our oven that just stopped working in the middle of me preparing a dinner I was hosting. They arrived on time, were communicative beforehand, very efficient, and very friendly. During the visit, we discovered it was our igniter that was faulty. As he was repairing it, we also discovered he was actually the owner of the company. He was so nice and did such a great job and we were thoroughly pleased with the service. The price was very reasonable and he even looked at our ice maker for us that we didn't even have a call in for. It has now made 5 rounds of beautiful ice cubes after being out of commission for years. (Thanks, Bobby!) Haha. Genuine guy with a genuine company, which is so refreshing these days. Can't say enough good things. We have found our go-to appliance repair company.

Bobby and Davis from Deep South came this afternoon and fixed my stove. Very profess, friendly and funnyyyy… My mom and I learned about what was going on with our oven, the part was replaced and now I can get back to baking. Thank you soooo much.

If you pick anyone else other than this company to service and repair your kitchen or laundry appliances, you are going to be disappointed! These guys run a great show. Honestly they have great integrity and shoot it to you as if it was their own appliances and what they would do. You cannot beat that kind of customer service. They have repaired many of m appliances and I have never been disappointed with what they said, the prices, the turnaround time to come back and just the great service from all the technicians. Bob the owner is the fantastic! He hand picks every technician because he cares, so they care about you and what's best for you. Tom, Kevin and Mark are excellent! I just can't Bragg, compliment and recommend these guys and thus company enough!
