I have lived in many cities across the country and found that the Demorest City office staff and City Manager were among the most helpful and cooperative when I have had to deal with several issues pertaining to my water bill and property tax. The City Manager is very well informed and if the staff could not help, she was ready, willing and able to offer solutions. Very professional for such a small city. Thank you for your service.

I found them pleasant enough when opening an account. I was informed there would be a charge for using a credit card.
On both visits, the ladies were helpful and pleasant.

I wish I could leave less than a one star. The "ladies" here are very rude and they don't inform you their is a charge if you use your card. They don't know what they are doing. Their attitude is pure trash!

Always excellent customer service inside City Hall by the employees and the city manager. Also, the website to pay the water bill is really easy to use.

Changed their contact number so that you cannot speak to a representative. I am trying to get a disconnect and cannot accomplish this on the website or the phone. No option to speak with operator or a live person.
