Did a big online purchase for my Father’s Day gift. Notified my order was ready within 10 minutes. Team members were very helpful and kind helping me load my car. Management was very helpful as well to solve a small problem with my order. The problem was solved with such clarity and expeditiously that it doesn’t deserve mentioning in this review. This place takes care of people in uniform also. I appreciate that…very much. This particular location is a well oiled machine. Great job to Management overseeing the daily operations and employee/customer interactions. My experience here was outstanding. Thank you!

This location goes above and beyond! Had an issue where a corporate phone representative was telling me one thing that sort of seemed too good to be true, then I went to Patton Creek location just to be shot down and offered no help. Was told by a customer there to come to this location, and they helped me explore options and get my situation corrected. I am now extremely happy to have a replacement for a product that broke under parameters of normal use! Had a great interaction with everyone in the store.

Immediately greeted by an employee when walking in, they didn’t ask if I needed anything but I asked for the direction of what I was looking for. Once I got to the department I was seeking I spoke with Harrison who helped me find the product I was looking for while giving me the rundown on my options. I didn’t feel pressure to buy the nicer or more expensive options and went with what I felt like was the best decision based on his recommendations. I was happy with my purchase and satisfied that I could get in and out with what I wanted in a timely manner because I had proper assistance. Will have to return for other items needed in the future!

Stopped in to get about $300 worth of clothes this evening. The only reason I’m giving one star is because it required me to. Customer service was horrible!! The lady letting us into the fitting room (no sure of her name, but she had glasses and long dark hair) was obviously aggravated to do so. I heard her go off on an elderly couple for asking where something was in the store. I almost said something to her. Then our cashier Elise had the same attitude. I thought customer service was bad on my side of town but I guess it’s awful here too. Sad that this is now the world we live in. A job in customer service requires you to serve and help customers while putting your personal feelings aside. That’s what happens when you grow up…at least it should anyway. These ladies were behaving like children after a bad day at school. My 10 year old grandson has better manners!! Dick’s Sporting Goods in Hoover is 100% better and could teach you ladies a thing or two.

I went in today to look for insoles for my running shoes. I wish I could have caught the name of the young lady working in footwear today who helped me, but she went above and beyond. She was patient and bubbly. Great customer service and I’m very happy with her suggestion! I was able to get my run in this evening without any issues from my arch! Thank you!

The store is organized and stocked. There is a saying, People love to buy, but hate to be sold. The store associates must work on commission. I did not enjoy my most recent shopping experience. I suppose I prefer academy.

I cannot speak highly enough about the store manager Ryan. He has gone above and beyond to help us on multiple occasions. I know there is a current sentiment of “only buy local”. He has given me every bit of that in the way he has handled our needs and taken care of me. He’s active in our community and makes sure the players in this community are taken care of. Well done sir!

The shoe salesman was very nice and patient. I am so glad he knew what he was talking about and what to recommend as far as to what would give the most support and comfort since I have not worked out in years and my body structure definitely has changed after 4 daughters. He also said theyre hiring all positions it would be nice to have a female and a male at the front register. Just a suggestion. The gentleman was nice but it would been a little more comforting talking to another woman.
