When shops order parts from you, it's because a truck is down. When a truck is down, someone is losing hundreds if not thousands of dollars in revenue. You people use the most undependable company to ship your parcels. FedEx absolutely sucks and everyone knows it. I experienced additional downtime and loss of revenue because your shipping department chose FedEx.

Anyone watching this that may be thinking about buying a one box from them don’t do it. They sent my husband a box for his Frightliner that was not put together correctly. It was supposedly quality checked also. Their employees are not doing their job and on top of that they keep lying to him. He found out it was bad on a Tuesday told that a new one would be shipped out Friday, then on Friday he was told Monday, then it didn’t ship until Tuesday. Then he was told it should be here in three days now we are at week since it was “shipped” and are being told it won’t he here until Thursday. My husband is a owner operator and the truck has been sitting because of them for 3 weeks. Bad customer service they apparently do not care about the small customers.
