Refused to perform rotation&balancing as per Discount tire warranty policy, arguing that tires are due to be replaced! Adding our tires so you can assess the fairness, reliability and customer service proposed at this place. Extremely disappointed

The first crew took care to avoid damage to the rims on my truck.

The tpms system had to be swapped out, which the offered to do for free.

Unfortunately the second crew did not take care. They damaged the lug pockets on every rim with the impact gun instead of taking a few extra minutes to remove and install the wheels by hand.

TJ & Chris, the two senior managers at this location are awesome!! They are both professional, good at listening, and supportive. They both made our experience receiving services there smooth and stress less. I highly recommend going there for any of your tire service needs.

This is a great tire store - they're working hard to do things the right way and use torque sticks and then torque wrenches, they're willing to work with you on oversize tires, and have competitive prices with a great selection and excellent service. I had a slight hiccup with my online order, but the team made it right, upgraded my truck tires to the top of the line brand and then let me change them out for a different brand that met my needs a bit better. And with an appointment I was in and out in less than an hour. Will definitely be back for my next set on my car.

Amazing service at this location every single time I go in, and I've been visiting for around 10 years!
All staff are efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and super helpful, even when I go in for a freebie like tire rotation.
I wouldn't go anywhere else if I were going to buy 4 new tires for a vehicle.

I've heard good things about Discount Tire for a while. First time going to one since it was close and had the tires I wanted. Scheduled and paid for my appointment online. Employees were helpful and personable. Only took 5 minutes to check in and 30 minutes for them to put on the new tires. Very happy with the service, I'll return when I need new tires.

Extremely unprofessional and inefficient service at this Discount Tire location. As a delivery driver, my time is money, and this shop completely disregarded that. I had to wait 45 minutes for a simple pickup because the staff was disorganized, careless, and had no idea where the shipment was. There was no urgency, no proper system, and absolutely no consideration for those on tight schedules.

If you value your time, avoid dealing with this location. Their lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable."**

Hi, first time costumer here :). Shout out to Rubi M. who helped me at check-in and assisted in helping me. I appreciated efforts in ensuring I got the right tire for my budget/needs.

As soon as I walked-in, she was making her way to great me at the counter. She kindly welcomed me and proceeded to walk me through the consultation. I feel like friendly interactions such as these, have potential to create lifelong customers. Thanks Rubi!
