Friendly staff. Loading took me about 1 hours to 2 hr. Park parallel facing upwards. They will come asking your PU number. Dock 1 - 6 for receiving and shipping. Check in at Dock 1. Portable bathroom available only

If you love your trailer, I don’t recommend. Even pallets, they still use blocks and lots of nail more than they need.

All good!!! But they will put 10 chocks per forklift and bang them with 10 nails each LOL that is 100 nails per forklift !!! Good luck cleaning after them !!

My Fiancé works for this company and I have to say they have been really good to him and understanding. When I was in the hospital nearly dying and he had to stay home with our son because we had absolutely no one, they didn’t hassle him about missing those days and we couldn’t be more thankful for that! Great company by far!

It’s a really good place to pick up it’s not too bad. Easy to find just park to the side until there’s a door open and then they’ll start to load near mediately in and out quick driver recommended.

Purchased 4 Doosan G25M units in 2019 because of the great pricing. Now three years later only 2 of them are operational. I recently experienced a situation where another forklift company misrepresented themselves as being a Doosan authorized dealer. I reached out to these guys several times over an extended period and was never able to get any kind of service. Of course, this turned me against the dealership and the Doosan product. I reached out to the Doosan corporate office to see if they could give me any assistance. Pat Fielding, Product Support & Warranty Manager, responded to my inquiry. It was then that I was informed that the dealership that sold me the forklifts were not an authorized Doosan dealer. At that point I began to understand why I could not get the service or parts needed for the forklifts. Pat Fielding referred me to Robert Scott and Jeremy Elliott of Atlantic Forklift Services. Atlantic Forklift Services responded very quickly, sending Kenny Buff, a technician, onsite to assess the extent of my situation. In a very short amount of time Kenny repaired one of the two forklifts that had been out of service for almost 24 mths. I can't thank Pat, Robert, Jeremy and Kenny enough for the service and professionalism they provided. Thank you Pat for the urgency you placed on resolving the situation. I initially wanted to give a rating of less than 1, however, after diving into the situation and determining the root cause of the problem. I am very satisfied with Doosan IVA Group and the Doosan forklift product. I gladly give them a 5+ Star rating.
