I normally do not eat ground deer because it is lean and tastes "gamey". This was great. The other cuts were also packaged well and tasted good. With the prices of meat in the grocery store, we saved a ton even after paying for the processing. Would recommend using them.

If you take it here, you will get your meat back for sure. However, after months of contact about my simple skull capped antlers that should have been cut off the day i took my deer in, i still haven’t got. I am assuming at this point they lost them. Went there today to try and look for myself, closed. They dont return calls. This was my first Buck with a bow and nothing to show for it because of this place.

My initial review was not going to be as good because we were a little upset from the service we received when dropping off and picking up. Almost seemed like they didn’t want our business but I’m going to just assume it was from the amount of deer they were processing at this time. We are not big on deer meat and have tried several times in the past to eat it and have always been disappointed. However this time it was not the case and I have to say this was the cleanest meat we have seen. We did mostly ground and there’s no unpleasant smells when cooking it and it tasted great. Will be going back to have all my deer processed here.

Not sure how to rate ,been using Doss Deer Processing , for several years . They do outstanding work, meats are really nice clean and tender/fresh. Now if you go to their FB page they have pricing for how they charge for different cuts and or size ect.. But last time we went it was higher than listed. Had to call someone to let us get for price listed. Probably just a mistake, I hope so. But overall they have been the best.

Dropped my deer off. People outside wrote down the wrong phone number so I had to call back up and give them the phone number again. Quick turnaround time for the meat which is good. But I asked them to leave one hind quarter whole which they did not.

This place is the worst taxidermy company Ive ever seen. All review on here are from there friends extremely high and poor quality. I would rather try to mount my own deer than let them try for free. They completely Ruined my God sons buck and it was the bestest buck he had ever killed. They cut a X in the forehead of the buck charged $500 and you can see every cut and stitch on this deer. Very unprofessional people Stay Away

Not a good experience, you don't get all your meat for the money you pay will not use them again do not recommend, When asked about meat was told you lose meat when cutting off bone I know that but not the little bit of meat I received!
