Had a 8am appointment got here about 7 am was not sure I was at the right place didn't see any other trucks place look like a Is ghost town came in the day before and everything was close down being a Holliday so I went to loves and park and came back this morning hopefully I will get loaded petty quick so it took a little bit over two hours to get loaded now drive about 2200 hundred miles swap and get home four weeks on the road enough for me

Checked in at 06:15 for a 07:00 appt, dry load. I was out with bills at 06:45. Not sure about the other docks here, but dry dock was on its game today. They had two unloaders working my trailer at the same time...

Never try to deliver before appt , i went 1 day before my appt . Receiving office clerk told me to come back after 6 hrs wait inthe parking inside. After 6 hrs shift was changed the new clerk told me i dont care what other one said , come back after 6 hrs i ll take ur load . And 3rd time i went , answer was sorry we r busy just check in at upr appt time whcih is 14 hrs from now .

For a truck driver this is an absolute nightmare to go to. Too many trailers stacked into two small of an area the yard Hustlers don't seem to care or try to help if you need help the scale has been broken down for years but if even if the scale was working it's down in the back behind the facility which is crammed with even more trailers is very unsafe very unorganized to not recommend doing business here

Delivered dry load at this place. Very strict on appointment. Allow 30 minutes early to go inside facility. But very slow unloading. After waiting 2 hours, they send me cross the road 3PL warehouse for unloading. It took 4 hrs to get empty from this place. Restroom available for drivers in receiving office or portable restroom in parking lot on dry load receiving parking side.
Management make sure if you guys are strict to appointment time then also try to understand value of truckers time. Thanks.

Jose and the person who helped unloading from dry receiving was very helpful. Called before hand to get an early unloading and he told me he will try his best to squeeze me in. And so, he did. Love his personality and honesty. The person who was unloading was very fast and got me out quick (less then a hour). These people need to be recognized for their hard work. Hopefully management will see this post and give them a raise. Need more people like them.
