Watch yourself on the stop sign and on the speed limit when you are on the main road before turning to go into this building, there's a share's deputy there that is pretty active. Other than that, this is not where you check in to pick up your load You have to go to The check-in which is down the main road

They only let you check in 30 minutes early, if you call the check and check they'll tell you you cannot park in their parking lot but when I walked up to grab my seal and finish the check in process there were tons of trucks parked in the parking lot so I don't know. The road outside of the driver check in has no parking signs all over it but trucks are parked and not being bothered so at your own risk. All in all, after my check in time, I was out of there in 2 and 1/2 hours. They loaded the truck well and it was easy to get my load balanced and legal.

Wish I could give this place a -5 star review, checked in at 1715 for a 1900 appointment, was told to go park on pine St and they will call as soon as a dock is ready, after waiting for over 3hrs they still had not called with a dock assignment, I went to the check in desk and the staff just told me they will call me when they are ready, I have gone back a few times to check on the status of the dock assignment and they just keep saying they will call when they are ready. Finally got assigned a dock door at 0115 am, now to wait and see how long it takes for them to load my trailer.

After I went 3 different buildings and at the check in the person he's mad for no reason and even throw my ID he give me a door but he didn't told me to return the pepper to the Warehouse and I sat there for tow hours when I went inside to check they told the forklift guy the story he said it's not my fault.they don't have signs or directions where to go? you need to ask or fall in problems

I can't describe in words how bad they are. This is my second delivery. First time, my appointment is 7pm, I checked in at 5pm. I wait until 11pm.They just give me dock, do nothing. I asked if they could unload for me before 12am? They said NO. I am leaving,because I have another job next day. Broker rescheduled appointment is 2pm, I checked in 1pm, right now 6pm,only a dock,do nothing. I don't know if managers can see comments like this. I will never delivery for them again! I asked the truck driver who was waiting like me, They had the same experience as me. Truckers don't waste your time here!

I have been here a few times and have had a pleasant experience each time. The people I have dealt with were professional,polite and managed their time well so I have no complaints. If I have a 0 star option, I definitely choose that, To all trucking companies,when you see these kind of bad reviews about the receiver or the shipper, just refuse to haul.
