We love working with DRT! It is extremely easy to set up. There are a few things within the system I had to figure out how to use but even that was easy, and if not their customer service support has been outstanding. Any changes I need are handled swiftly. When it comes to recital day, the app to scan tickets is straightforward and does not need any staff training, it's one less thing to worry about on such a busy weekend. I can't say enough about DRT and their team. They are always available and ready to help in every circumstance. This season DRT went over and above to help my NFP dance company and a challenge that was more than difficult to handle. The kindness and understanding of this company has been top notch. They came right beside me to help offer something to my community that no other dance company has ever done and I am forever grateful for DRT. I wish every theatre would allow us to do our own ticketing. I try and choose theatres that do allow our own ticketing just so I can use DRT. I highly recommend DRT and thank them as a company.
