We have been with Dodge/Chrysler for years in 4 diff states & never have I ever had a dealership do us wrong until now. We purchased a Wagoneer in June of 2024 , only to have our entire dashboard light up 1 night, after a little over a month of ownership. We made an appt with Queen Creek dealership & they told me I’d have it back in 3 days, if found something maybe a week, well they gave me a loaner (Cherokee), they ended up with my car for almost 2 wks, we were crammed into this jeep with 0 trunk space but again I didn’t complain I just wanted my car to be fixed & back to me.
Well within a week or so after getting it back my washer fluid sensor goes off, so I take it back in & I was told washer fluid must have not been put into the Wagoneer, so they topped it off , within a week we found a leak under the Wagoneer, so we make another appt to take it in. At this point the driver seat air vent makes a weird noise, it’s leaking & the driver side door rattles. I was told I was getting a loaner & they’d try to get me into a Wagoneer(the promise is if you buy a Wagoneer the certified dealers need to loan you a Wagoneer, I didn’t care to be in 1 as long as they fixed my car & I didn’t need to bring it in for the same thing over & over), anyway they tell me they’ve secured a Wagoneer for me & we made an appt to bring it in.
Come to find out the Wagoneer they got for me is from enterprise. I HATE DEALING with enterprise bc I’ve been on this route before where the dealer gave me an enterprise rental & they’d rush on my car bc they had to pay for the rental & enterprise was charging me an extra $25 a day bc I was under 25yrs old at the time as if it were my fault my new car wasn’t available for me to drive but the dealer paid all those fees no questions asked, but not Queen Creek.
I had to be shuttled over to enterprise which was quite the drive to get the rental & then head back to the dealer then head back to pick up my kids. It was a sh*itshow to say the least, I have 3 kids all in car seats & had to take them all out & put back in in +110° degree weather by myself( 2nd time doing this in less than a month).
I told the advisor I needed my car or a loaner by this weekend for sure when I dropped it off on Wednesday he assured me my car would be done by Friday, we had just lost our 4th son 3 wks ago, we had a lot going on, so this weekend we headed down to my home town to take our boys to the fair so they could get their minds off of our loss, & mind you I never got a call, text, voicemail, etc… from the dealer telling me that I wasn’t getting my car back on Friday(they’ve done this to me before & I’m lenient/understanding & don’t rush them as I’d rather they fix my vehicle but this isn’t reciprocated by them), well apparently they had called me Monday afternoon that my car was ready, but I apparently missed their call, I had a text as well & my son must have opened & closed the text before I saw it. Thursday comes around & I get a call from enterprise telling me I have $90 per day charge bc Earnhardt’s “warranty” won’t cover anything after 5 days & that’s their policy.
My car is under warranty it’s 3 months old with less than 2000miles.
I tell the dealership the situation & the service advisor tells me, there isn’t a leak, even though they topped off the washer fluid & it was now way lower than it was(We’ve never used it), they also didn’t find the seat vent sound, even though as soon as I got into my Wagoneer I could hear it clear as day, then he says, “Thank goodness we found the door rattle bc that was the only reason we were able to cover the rental those 5days.” Are you kidding me? So had they not found the rattle then I’d be getting charged for the entire time I had the rental. My car still has all the issues it came in with, they allowed enterprise to charge me $120 instead of covering it bc they DID NOT fix my car or the rattle as it’s still doing it & they’re 100% fine with that?! We’re going to take our business back to Gilbert to a dealership that actually cares!

The staff is very nice and they answered all my questions. Also the front desk person saw that my son was with me and gave him a Ram 1500 to color while we waited. Always great service and everyone is friendly. Absolutely love my Ram 1500 4x4! Service center employees always listen to my wants and needs.

"A big shout out" to Zack in the service department.
I brought my RENEGADE in, as one of the tires started getting low.
Zack had the Service Dept. take care of my car/tire quicker than I would have expected. They also checked and filled air in my other tires. The waiting room was spotless and inviting to sit and wait. There was a small refrigerator with water bottles for the customers, as well as Candy and snack machines .

This was a great experience with a car dealer. Friendly, professional and listened to what I wanted in a truck. Justin and Paul made it a very simple, easy purchase. My truck was spotless, filled with gas and I was asked if everything was to my satisfaction. A manager came out as I was leaving and said he wanted to do a once over to make sure everything was ok. First time that has ever happened to me.
