No one answered the phone or called me back after several attempts over several hours. Additionally, LA PTAC hasn’t updated their website or google listed info that they moved offices and are at a new location. After scavenging around to find the new hidden office I was greeted by a rude PTAC woman who ultimately couldn’t help my endeavors.

Great place to get resources for small businesses. It’s weird how they have a lot of security though.
