Can't give enough stars for the excellent service and hospitality received from this establishment. Immediately greeted as I was coming through the doors. Jeff (hopefully, I'm recalling correctly) possessed the knowledge to help me solve a slightly complex issue. And of course, they had the part in stock! Bonus!

I returned to my HVAC unit. Installed the part. And guess what? It worked like a charm!

I'm in infrequent but regular contractor I also takes care of maintenance at my church These people have the patience to suffer my incessant questioning to make sure I get the right stuff. Therefore I do not talk him a star since they used to have popcorn and hot dogs. I do miss the popcorn and I think they used to have hot dogs it's a tough loss. Great place though. Nice folks . I think Ed is or was a great guy .

I did not have a good experience here and would not recommend this supply company for the general public. I called and asked for a certain part, was told that it was in stock and was given a price ($9 or $10), and drove all the way there to pick it up. When I arrive, I find the part myself in the store, go up to the counter, and ask a question about it and my HVAC unit, and immediately get a condescending reaction from the clerk to the effect that he can't tell me anything about the products. When I ask to pay for the item, the clerk asks "Are you a homeowner?" And I say "Yes, and when I called in it sounded like the part was $9 or $10." The clerk then proceeds to condescendingly tell me "Oh, that's the contractor price. I will have to charge you $22 for this for a homeowner." When he saw that I did not seem pleased with the fact that the price more than doubled, he said "We're the only supply house in Atlanta that will sell directly to the public." I told him "This part is available at Home Depot for $9 and is just not in stock, but I need to install it today." I could not help but feel cheated that the price arbitrarily doubled. I wish I could charge my business's customers more than double for arbitrary reasons. And, like I said, Home Depot had the exact same item for less than half the price, so obviously this is not the only place to purchase HVAC supplies. If you are a homeowner, I would suggest avoiding this place unless you want to be cheated and talked down to. The good news is that I got my HVAC system running by myself, faster than any professional would have done it, and all the professionals who did come out to my house just wanted to sell me an entirely HVAC system for $7k+
