El Salchichero is the best butcher shop around! Not only are their meats and other accoutrements down right delicious, everyone that works there is friendly as can be. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations, cooking advice, etc. They all really know their stuff! They've even got treats for you pup!

Great sausages and meat. We had the tri tip marinated in bourbon and pepper and it was amazing. The sausages were out of this world!
We had their salami before and it was also amazing.
Owner Chris is super helpful and knowledgeable. He provided good tips to select the sausages (we ended up buying the butifarra and the garlic ones as well)

They had beef tallow face creams, and also had tortilla chips which were fried in tallow. This place knows what real food is.

Stopped in without researching and randomly bought a Finocchiona salami to take home to try. Wow was it delicious! Much better than the salamis I’ve had from Whole Foods. Next time I’m in the area will grab a few more items. The employee was very friendly too.

Really amazing little place! It's filled with all sorts of cured meats that they butchered. It has a lot of unique types of meats and flavors. The staff is very knowledgeable about the meats and happy to answer any questions. The meats are well priced and Very yummy! They also have some meat pies you can buy for a quick meal on the go.

My lord the corned beef I bought here was next level. Melt in your mouth. Their prosciutto, salami, steaks are all equally delicious. Great service, amazing quality. Prices a bit higher than grocery but worth every penny. I live in San Jose but bring meat back from here whenever I have the opportunity.
