Decent place to get unloaded tanker drivers. Customer has hoses and air depending on product. My appt was @ 9. I was getting unloaded at 730am…There is a Walmart 5mins away for parking

It was ok... tight place to get in and dock if there's a bunch of people there. Don't bother showing up before appt time as they go in order. They lose stars because it took them 3 hrs past appt time to load 3 pallets of space. In other words, don't get excited just because you're not picking up much product

1.5 years ago I bought Elite Comfort Solution SentaiSeries pillow. Good support for side sleepers, however, the chemical smell of the pillow has been so strong andannoying that I purchased special covers to eliminate it. The smell penetrates 2 extra covers plus pillow cover. I hoped that with time and several washings the smell would be gone. After 1.5 years it’s still there.

This is the second time picking up a load here that was not a good experience. I’d say a combination of factors...the broker was not assertive in staying on top of the load process. Took 3 hrs for them to figure out what to put on me because pickup number broker provided was invalid. Three hours more, and I’m FINALLY loaded. Then the real kicker...now there seems to be an issue with the paperwork. While this is being figured out, day shift bailed for the day without this being resolved. Well by this time, the clock is not going to support the trip to receiver. So then they decide the load is not going to be released, and inform that they will be removing the load sometime after 8pm...been here since 11am. So...if you want to lose a whole day essentially waiting for a load, then this is your facility to go to! First 4 hours are free, which should have been an indicator. They are now on my do not haul list.

Picked up a load here the other day and was truly impressed with the way I was treated. Usually truck drivers are not treated right but this place is the exception! I will go back anytime . If you are looking to purchase a mattress I strongly suggest buying one that this company manufactures. Good people making great products and everyone needs to know it!
