My family has been dealing with this company since we moved to ellijay in 2016. The tire prices are competitively priced, but the labor side of the company is what makes the difference. We purchased 4 new tires back in September 24’. I was expecting the wait time of every other tire shop. It took them less than an hour to remove, and replace all four. I also highly recommend getting the road hazard protection plan, especially if you live in ellijay. I’m currently here taking advantage of the road hazard warranty, as I’ve got a big screw in my tire. They do it right the first time. They patch, and do not plug the tires. Since I have the warranty, the repair is free. If your tire is damaged beyond repair, before reaching the tread wear indicator, the tire will be replaced with the same model tire, if obtainable, For free. If you hit a curb, and it pinches and busts your sidewall, also free replacement of a same/similar tire. You’ve reached 6k miles on your new tires, and need a rotation Guess what, if you purchased the road hazard protection plan, your covered on rotations for the life of the insured tires. Stop in, and check them out. I’m not sure how fairly priced the mechanical side of the company is, as I’ve only dealt with tires. I do know that they have the cheapest price on alignments in ellijay.

Had a light come on for tire pressure so I stopped by to have it checked before heading to blue ridge. Turns out I was just a little low. They through some air in and sent me on my way. No charge. Friendly staff!

DO NOT go to this company I went to have my tires flipped on my car in the process of the work being done I was told that the wheels may get scratched i am ok with a little scratch what i am not ok with is 3 out of 4 wheels having gashes taken out of them looking like I ran into a curb at 40mph. as they are custom wheels costing me 1200$ and them refusing to right there wrongs if you care about your car do not have Ellijay tire work on it
