Empire is a manufacturer of great trailers. We drove 4 hours for a few upgrades to be added to our food trailer and they were all nothing short of amazing! They were very thorough and super efficient. The owner and her team were all kind, so kind that I could’ve hugged them all. They were very knowledgeable and showed us every step of a build out, it was quite interesting. They taught us things about our own trailer that were never shown by a dealer. Our trailer is a 2022 model and has been great with no problems. I feel that some of these low reviews should’ve been left for the dealer not the manufacturer. I wish that everyone had the opportunity to see the commitment and pride that these people put into their jobs! In today’s society that’s definitely something to appreciate. We will always purchase Empire brand in the future as well. I say give them a try if you’re looking for quality and you’ll be glad you did. 💗

Decent price. However my key insert comes out every time I lock or unlock the trailer you have to finagle the lock. Which is frustrating every time! Plus the running light above the drive side tire went out on my way home from the dealership. Less than an hour. Overall it’s a decent trailer. Will update review if compensated.

Order my 8.5x20 trailer in may 18 th. Didn’t get trailer till 7-20-20. Ever time the dealer called to get info bout the trailer could never get the owner or any info on the build. Were given 5 different dates when the trailer would be ready. Very poor customer service so far. Noticed few things like in even doors locks are keyed different So we will see

Wish I could give it a one star.
Concession trailer is 4 months old, it has multiple roof leaks. One because they did not add extra braces for the air conditioner so now the roof sags and every time it rains water pours in.
The frame is so weak that if you put down all the jacks the doors won’t open.
Had to redo the plumbing because it would not vent. Multiple screw holes from missed studs. Had to have the ac fixed because it was improperly installed. Paint peeling off the unit already.
Styrofoam insulation fell out on the way home.
The list just goes on and on.
When I try to call it goes to a voice mail box that has not been set up.
I really wish the GA state’s attorney would shut them down before more people get taken for their money.
Oh and don’t believe the 4 star rating, you will notice they are all from Google translate.

My friend purchased a 2021 or 22 Empire 24 ft enclosed trailer, from a dealer in Florida. The first few times using it, the rear door bent. The exterior panels up front constantly lose screws and the panels cracked. The side door is made cheap, with Styrofoam inside with no support for the door or lock assembly. The rear door frame has every other beam screwed but used few screws to save money. All the interior plywood is cheap quality. Putty is on the wood from defective sheets they used. Several screws never were properly installed. Inside fenderwells allow water to enter from not sealing the gaps. Other than all that, I co tasted the dealer and neither him or the manufacturer replied with any compensation.

I can NOT say enough about how great the customer service is ! They really do go over and beyond to help in anyway!!! Not just once but numerous times and it’s been over a year since I purchased my trailer 🙌🏻💯
