My experience at their facility was equally exceptional. Despite the challenge in reassembling the tire, Joel's expertise and collaborative effort resulted in a successful resolution. Joel and Cayce were very accommodating, actually above and beyond. I had bought a used bike a few months ago that came with several equipment upgrades, but I later realized those upgrades weren't working well for me. Joel still had the items he'd swapped out, and offered to put the bike back in it's original format at no charge, and only had my bike in the shop for a few days. I appreciate it very much!

I popped a tire tube on my electric bike and asked them to service it. They did a great job, replacing the tube and back brake pads, and they also made sure to check other areas (straightened my handlebars, which was nice of them) to make sure everything was working correctly and safe. Great price and I loved getting to talk to the owners. They are so knowledgeable about e-bikes. Will be back to check out their inventory.

Last night while coming home, my scooter’s tire popped. I didn’t have the tools or knowledge needed to complete changing out the tire and tube and gave Escape Electric Bikes a call. Within an hour we I had the help needed and was shown some of the inventory available which was truly amazing! Purchased a Elux electric bike from Escape Electric Bikes today. Very professional individuals who own/work there. I had no knowledge of electric bikes and I was permitted to test ride 3 different models around a very large area to get a feel for the bike(s). Enjoyable experience! I definitely need more practice but I was hooked! 😁

So, my husband had an accident and damaged his brand new electric assisted bike that we had purchased a week earlier from an online retailer.

We are new to the area and did not know where to go to have it repaired. Upon advise from a friend we first went to another local repair shop and were very disappointed with their customer service.

So, we then called escape bikes. They told us to stop by that day so they could take a look. The owner assessed the bike and ordered the parts same day for a great price. Even with the holiday weekend we were able to get the bike back in under 7 days.

They went above and beyond to repair the bike even better than it previously was for a great price! Then they threw on a couple of parts at no charge!

We had an amazing experience with the owners at escape electric bikes! Their customer service was fantastic, their knowledge and experience was just as amazing!

We are super happy with the repairs and experience! I highly recommend the shop and their services!
