I came in for a torx bit. The bit aisle is a total mess, product everywhere, half the products just empty. Finally found what I needed and have been waiting for nearly ten minutes to check out with my two bits. I was told I can't be checked out because he's helping another customer. Only one employee in the store.

Should have gone to Walmart or Lowe's. Would have been faster.

Terrible store Guys always said sitting, talking, ignoring store . Things are not priced, young boys know nothing about hardware. Was told they didn't have garden jute or cord today because he was to lazy to find or help. Bought a birthday card he tried to charge me $ for envelope for card. I ask to see manger said there was not one, I said who is the guy that you asked about jute..He said I could go find him being smart. Laziest incompetent. The guy said he was new. Don't know how they stay in business. The let all their veg flower plants burn up too lazy to water I guess. The store has great potential with the right people.

I went by the store today to inquire about knife sharpening systems. There were two young men working there so I didn’t think they could help me. I was pleasantly surprised when John was very knowledgeable about knives and he assisted me. Thank you, John.

I really enjoyed seeing all the young males hard at work stocking the store while the tall older man with the big beard that they called Willy dilly instructed them on what to do what a good well run store

Piss poor service at this place. Called 15 minutes prior to going to store and asked if they had any ice cream makers and was told yes they had 4! Drive 12 miles to the freaking place and then was told they didn't have left because the 4 was pre ordered! Seems like their computer system would have told them that before telling a potential customer that they had them in stock!

The only reason this place is still open is bc people go in here before driving to Lowes. young boys with no work ethic ,why there are always 3 I don't know cause non of them are ever doing anything which is very obvious when you go to look for what you need nothing is where it goes its almost like there going out of business it's so unorganized.

I placed an order online yesterday morning. The item stated it was available in store; (i had searched numerous places for this item). Anticipated to be ready same day; I waited ALL day and NEVER received email it was ready; I called 2 phone numbers all day long - NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE; I contacted corporate who told me the order was received and to WAIT on an email. 24 hours later - still no email. So I drove to the store. (I needed said item for tomorrow and live an hour away from this location). I enter the stores - no customers to be seen; 2 employees sitting in the lawn furniture playing on phones; I inquired about my item; stressed I needed it; no email received. One points to the left of the entrance and said "they're over there" and indeed a large stack of said item. Employee gets it and hands to me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This order could have been processed timely YESTERDAY and certainly TODAY by two employees who were just lounging around doing nothing! And interesting to note it still does not show the item as completed and delivered!! Can't recommend this place. Management needs to do some customer service training - you have a problem there!
