I would like to demonstrate my deep appreciation to EVGA for there amazing customer and warranty services. my story happened many years ago but I forgot to make a review, I had a 780ti which suddenly stopped functioning after a year and couple months, they asked me to ship it to them to check it. I took the risk and paid roughly 100$ to ship it, and they did not disappoint me; they have shipped to me a 980 TI 🥹. THANKS EVGA it is still working perfectly.

In the past 3 years I've bought 4 GPUs and 2 PSUs from EVGA specifically because of their reputation for support. I had a 3090 fail this week (outside of warranty) but it had issues from the start that EVGA didn't help resolve even when the card was still under warranty. Guess I'm out $2000. Shouldn't have expected help now if they wouldn't even support the card when it was still covered.

Update: Ordered one off Amazon which yet again arrived perfect and was packaged well. So if anything its UPS who is complete garbage. But at the end of the day the company still chooses who it works with.

Bought a power supply of theirs from amazon, arrived perfectly fine and works fine. Decided to buy one off their site and it arrived damaged. Would provide power but wouldnt run continously. After about 2 weeks the replacement arrived but its also damaged. This time it wont even turn on and i really hope the rest of my components did not get damaged. Im not sure if this is the mail carriers fault or theirs, but nonetheless i still have a PC with 2 broken piwer supplys

Towards the end of the GPU shortage in 2020-2021, they created a points system where the more EVGA products you bought, the greater your chance of getting a GPU that you were waiting for. This led to people purchasing PSU's and high-priced MB's in the hopes of getting a GPU. As soon as the GPU shortage ended, they slashed prices of the above items and those who gave them business in good faith got screwed. Now they are not even going to make GPU's anymore, SCREWED again! What a terrible company with which to do business. I want to give them -10 stars for being so deceitful.
