I give F&P Georgia a two star only because of my boyfriend supervisor is very understanding, and really cares about his employees. They are also some good coeworkers there that really care about there other coworkers. However that is the only reasoning to why I give two stars. Other then that I wouldn't give them any stars. I was fires today over points. Witch I have to say was mostly from a work incident with my left wrist, and thumb. Yes. I followed all the steps in the progress of company rules, but some reason being out of work due to Dr appointments for my left wrist, and thumb. Still got me points from not being at work. Then after hurting my wrist and thumb at work. I then was put in the hospital with a kidney stone, and had to have a emergency surgery done. With I also got pointed for. I was in the hospital for three days. I also called in told my boss what was going on. Witch I also let them know that I had to go back for a out patient surgery in a few weeks. Witch I as well got pointed for. So no I would not say F&P Georgia cares for there employees. All they care about is making money, and filling there pockets. When I try to talk to Hr about my points. She didn't want to hear anything I had to say and still let me go.

DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE!!! They show favoritism real bad , and only really care for the mexican race .. The job in itself was fairly easy , but they do not treat everyone the same in there ! They’ll have you working and helping everybody else and the person your helping making more than you and still can’t get their numbers, and from what I heard when your american you normally get fired for stuff like that .. So i really don’t understand.. They give you points for no reason and on saturdays when they’re mandatory.. The whole plant is a complete joke honestly ..

I never seen so many people lie in my life that place is horrible and it's not even the heat there is no Janitor over night so how are they keeping up with covid standards garbage cans over flowing with dirty tissue they make so much money but why is the roof leaking and don't get me started on the broken stuff in there HR is a joke and don't do there jobs and if u say "union words" they will fire u and I have video of everything I just said don't work there go to neaton or anywhere else theses are screen shots from some of the videos I took I have way way more

First let me say this I have never seen a place where the Hr staff has so many complications
It took forever for my Direct deposit
And tge hours they owed me
Plus tge Attitudes of some supervisors
And leads

Isom was a good help at times

HUMAN resources NEED MORE TRAINING
And the Guy DEVIN in welding on First shift needs an alignment with his badly raised attitude

I'm trying to get to work asap! I know it's gonna be hot in there but I HAVE to be able to support my son n I. It's the first place I could get a job on the spot. But they pay $13 an hour n that will give me what I need to pay my bills. Care for my son's needs and my own and have some to put in my acct for emergency funds if anything were to arise. I haven't started yet but my friend's son says it's easy work but the weather may be the hardest thing to overcome. UPDATE!: I have been here since August 7 and I love it!! Annddd THEY ARE AIR CONDITIONED!!! PRAISE GOD!! and the whole plant got a $1.50 more so we make $14.50 !!! I give F&P TWO THUMBS UP!! I highly recommend if you need a job( no worries about your back ground check) come here and give it a try!!! They hire ppl straight outta prison.... So don't give up ppl!!! COME TO F&P✊💯‼️
