I was excited about the bedroom furniture I purchased but was very disappointed in the end. Got less than what I expected, the lady that showed me the furniture made it sound that I was getting a 4 piece set, but ended with a 2 piece set. When I received the furniture and begin to build it I ended up missing a whole set of screws. I went that night sleeping on the couch and ended up buying the missing screws at Lowe’s.

My elder parents purchased a washer and a warranty. When the washer died while the warranty was still active, it was not replaced. My 70 yr old parents went 5 weeks without a washer waiting on these guys to do something. Nothing but excuses. 18 yr customers of this place as well. Unacceptable!

This place has very bad customer service and on top of that they lie to their customers to get more money out of them. I purchased sectional couches from there and Bonnie their floor rep told me if I purchased their insurance it would cover pet damage. When I called to make a claim they made me wait on the phone and never called me back when they said they would call me back, so I had to call back again and spoke to a guy named Kyle , who said that my insurance didn't cover pet damage. This Bonnie lady lied to me on purpose to make a quick buck. They offered me insurance and lied on what it covered to get more money.
