I just started working out again and when I tell you Diana is the truth. The group training was amazing. Being able to workout with such a positive group of women was a nice experience. The gym is clean and the equipment is top tier. I highly recommend Femnomenal Fitness to any woman looking to get back in the workout game.

Awesome trainers, workout plans catered to your individual goals not the goals the trainer thinks u should have. I just love that it is open 24/7. So when it’s hard to sleep or I’m just bored I can just stop by. I looooove the way I look in a fitted dress now. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Hands down the best gym experience I’ve ever had! An all women’s gym is perfect and just what I’ve been missing. All of the coaches are great but Coach Diana, the owner trains in the way that makes me want to work out. She meets you where you are and is dedicated to helping us meet your targeted goals! 10/10 Recommend!

10/10! Femnomenal Fitness was my debut to the fitness world! I've always had a subtle interest in going to the gym, but I wasn't comfortable at my beginner skill level. From Day 1, Coach D has worked with me at my own pace and has challenged me to get out my comfort zone.

I am loving my experience at Femnomenal Fitness so far! I was so nervous about going to a new gym and getting back into exercising regularly, but Coach Valery has made me feel so comfortable. I feel encouraged and supported by her, and I’m already noticing a difference in my strength and in the way my clothes fit. I can’t say enough good things about Coach Tesha! Fitness over 40 can be a challenge but from our very first  session, she has been incredibly supportive and motivating, helping me to reach my fitness goals in ways I never thought possible.

Not only did she design a personalized workout plan for me, but she also created a meal plan that fits my lifestyle. Her knowledge about nutrition has helped change the way I think about food. I feel more energized, healthier, and more confident.

I had a great time at the dumbell class, Valery was fun and engaging, the class wasn't too easy nor too hard. Can't wait to attend the next one! I've also trained with Valery and it was worth every penny. She gave me honest encouragement, was very flexible with my schedule and didn't let me down, I got all the results I wanted. I absolutely love Femnomenal Fitness. I always hated working out and I definitely was not going to wake up early to do so. Working with Coach D has changed all of that. I thoroughly enjoy working out AND I get up at 5am to make it to my sessions. During my time working with Coach D, I’ve lost a significant amount of inches, have gotten a lot stronger, and I’m back to loving the way I look in my clothes. She’s patient but will push you to an extent if she knows you can do it. I also love the fact that it’s a women only gym. It makes me feel extremely comfortable.
