Who was at the counter when I arrived. Greeted me as I walked in. We had a very complicated order for which she patiently took the time to help get it straightened out.

I have come from California to work on a friends home in Kenai. We do boilers and radiant heat. I think that she should be commended for her attitude and customer service.
