Customer service is non-existant. I called 3 weeks ago to verify auto-fill at 30% tank capacity. I'm now below 15% and have tried multiple times to verify but have only been rerouted and rerouted. Would like a representative but only get a robot or 24hrs to 2day wait on callback (edit: They finally did call back. I cancelled my account with them). They never came to fill the tank.

Ordered gas over 2 weeks ago. Still hasn't arrived, no one knows when it's gonna arrive, customer support just says we'll
Contact so and so and call you back and they never do. Watched the online site tell me my delivery was on its way Sunday and then a few hours later disappear. Delivery said it was suppose to arrive the 18th it's currently the 25th no gas. Suppose to be below freezing in a few days and I'm out. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Canceled the order went with someone else.

Ferrell gas service is excellent as far as delivery, orders, etc.... However they are impossible to reach by phone. I haver asked 3 times (by email) for my gas tank to be painted over the last 5 months, Customer service through email says they have a work order, but on my portal it says the job is complete. IT IS NOT!

I had two small portable gas bottles that needed recertification. The Albertville lady called to service technicians to the front to look at my prehistoric bottles.
One hour later the men had new values, full of gas and on my way. Really the local crew is great

Gas was never delivered due to driver difficulties. Manger came out concluding driver should have delivered. Manger stated he would follow up but I was never contacted.
