I traded in my Fiat 500e for a brand new 2021 Fiat 500x and let just say Shane , Chris, Garrett really hooked me up they were so nice and made sure taken care of. They’re really a blessing if you ever want to buy a car or trade it in ask for them. They will educate you on everything that you don’t know and will not take advantage of you some car sale people are just trying to make a quick buck but they are the best they will literally work with you and help you make the right decision on a car that is right for you!! Thank you Shane , Chris and Garrett you guys really helped me in so many ways and blessed me with my new car !!

I absolutely LOVE this dealership! My newest (and 5th) Fiat is pictured below. I call the Fiat sales staff the Land of Oz - Ozzie runs a great ship, Dean, Shawn, Mo all are so knowledgeable! It's such a pleasure to do business with them! The selection is awesome, the coffee is good, and the wait times are minimal. I've never taken my Fiat's anywhere else to get serviced, and it's an easy trip there, minimal wait time, always friendly and smiling people! Free popcorn, too. You will LOVE this dealership! I just keep returning and returning. That is how great they are!

Jon Kenney at Fiat of Scottsdale service dept is amazing. I contacted him one morning when I had a problem with my Fiat - it would not start - and he got right on it to help me. He even re-arranged the service schedule so he could fit me in that day to solve my problem. But - even better - he was able to fix it for me over the phone! Great work, very much appreciated. 5 Stars!

We have purchased a lot of cars over the years and really appreciate a great dealer experience. Ozzy and his team have done a tremendous job finding us the right used car at the right price and then following up with VIP service and treatment! We have bought three cars from this dealer in the last year and a half and would recommend them to anyone. Our primary salesman Shane was great to work with and went out of his way to make sure we got first class treatment! Shane and Ozzy made us feel like celebrities! Highly recommend!!

Service was exceptional! I have worked with Ozzy and his sales team in the past and was treated exceptionally well. The team was helpful, no-nonsense, and made sure I was taken care of from the beginning of the transaction to the end. Finance was thorough and easy to work with. I am returning for my 6 month detail and oil change on my vehicle and I know I will be taken care of with the same level of service and consistency I received months ago. I recommend the salesman, Chris for anyone that is looking. Ozzy and his team at Scottsdale Fiat are THE BEST! 5 stars!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Repair shop missed and misdiagnosed a number of things. When I complained to the service manager, he aggressively implied I was lying and said I should come see him in his office and “act like a man”. Actually said that. When I complained to the general manager he defended the service manager’s behavior. He apologized “for the way I felt”. He “understood” why I was upset. Any mechanics out there? Tell me the quality of this work: car is in 4 times. New battery put in, problem not solved. Old battery put back in, problem not solved. Finally, mechanic discovers that the negative cable is frayed. So you didn’t look at it the first or second time, only the third time? Isn’t checking a battery cable when a car doesn’t start Mechanics 101? I once had a shop that was doing an oil change catch a frayed battery cable. I guess that’s what you call being thorough? Wouldn’t go to this business if it was the last mechanic on earth. Zero Stars.

Everyone assisting were friendly and helpful. Mark our salesman and Mo our finance were truly outstanding! We were guided and cared for which I have never experienced when buying a car.
