Never again. Don’t come here if you want your reserved rentals (that you paid for) to go to someone else in the day of your events.
We reserved tables, chairs, and a jumper and they overbooked. Told us they let someone else rent a specific jumper we reserved, came dropped SOME stuff (half tables and chairs) then said they’d bring the rest later? (Came a few hours later when our guests were already there) I called the lady and she tells me that she’s stressed out and not yell at her? And then I tried to explain that I wasn’t yelling and how unprofessional they were and she hung up on me?!!!

My brother told me she showed up to drop off the rest and had the ugliest meanest look on her face didn’t even apologize or nothing. It would have been a different situation if I was there so yeah never again from this place, don’t open a business if it’s too stressful for you or at least don’t come crying to your customers about it.

Antonio was so nice and delivered early made sure the water slide was clean and ready to go. I would recommend them 100% I will never use another Company and I look forward to seeing them again. Thank you for making my grandbabies weekend your AWESOME!!!
