My experience started off great. I dropped off my vehicle. I was told someone called off. They still completed my vehicle in a timely manner. I received an email recommending things that needed to be done. The email stated that I would hear from you all soon. I did not receive a text, call, nor an email stated that my vehicle was ready. My experience ended horribly. The guy that was working the desk didn’t even attempt to hand me my keys in my hand. He actually laid them on the desk and then slid them to me. I asked him did I need to sign anything. He stated that he would sign for me. Wow, really. Is that how we do customers. Where was the customer service experience? I get into my car and the air was blasting on 65C that’s not where I had it. I understand the technician turned the air on but why not turn the air off like the technician found it.

I purchased tires from Firestone and they were not the correct tires for my car. The advisor advised me of all weather tires for my Toyota Camry. I live in Sacramento ca I never go to the snow or any other severe weather conditions that would require me to need all weather. As a result after 20,000 miles because of the extremely hot heat in Sacramento I needed all new tires. As a single mom of 3 it’s very disheartening that due to my lack of knowledge about cars I went to Firestone based on the integrity the company prides themselves on and I received none of that I felt taken advantage of and more important I had to spend $873 for all new tires. I will never go to Firestone again and will be writing a letter to the company about my experience.

Was at this location over 6 months ago. Made a appt. Dropped truck all day oil service transmission service and radiator also I wanted them to look at my air conditioner.Reveived a call that afternoon around 3 saying thay had to keep truck til Monday for a different person to do air condioner. Called on Monday afternoon and they had not done 1 thing not 1 in three days I am very busy and barely have days off and they did nothing so I told them do the oil and I will be down. The owners should look at their. Reviews u have a problem this place sucks with communication should be a negative 10 for the way I was treated

Very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Also told me what I could wait on doing and also what I really needed to do! The following day I realized I should just get my battery with them and was curious if they had availability. They said that they did and then I mentioned my back windshield wiper which was broken and she said she would see if she could get the part. She was able to get the part. The technician did a great job and managed to get off all the residue from the duct tape I had had on the window holding the wiper up!! Now it’s all beautiful again!!

I've been bringing my car here the past few times I've needed an oil change. Haven't had an issue with the oil changes, but I don't really trust them anymore. I've paid for the $10 inspections multiple times, but haven't really allowed them to work on my car since it's a bit suspicious. This past time, they found over $1000 in recommended repairs and maintenance. I didn't trust this, so I took it to a mechanic I trust. Most of the services weren't necessary. For instance, they wanted $140 for a fuel system cleaning and you can actually buy the cleaner and do it yourself quite simply. My brake and coolant fluids were also fine, unlike what they had suggested. This is downright disappointing...

Been bringing my fleet here for the past 5 years. Will never come back to this location. Had oil, coolant, diff fluid and both fuel filters changed. On the way home got a low coolant light. Once home I looked under the hood and there’s oil all over the underside of my truck. Diff fluid all over the rear axle. For $1300 I’d expect them to wipe the oil off if it spills. Called and was told to bring my truck back in the morning for them to clean everything. I waited along with others for 20 minutes after they were supposed to be open and eventually just left. Very disappointed with there work.

Made an appointment to have my brakes replaced. Appointment was at 1. I dropped the car off 30 minutes early and asked for an estimate on how long it would take - was told it would be done “by the end of the day.” They *finally* started working on it at 4 pm. Sign says they close at 5 on Sundays. It’s currently 6:12 pm and my car is not done.

Hopefully “end of the day” doesn’t mean midnight ‍♀️

Will not be coming back here again. Ever.

They wanted 700 to put in starterI had this other shop quote 500.I told them that the guy was a rude dude he said no.I had to have it towed to Ricky's on folsom Blvd in rancho.Dont ever take your car to Firestone unless you want to get ripped off
