Unfortunately I do not have anything good to say about this business. First off the individual working the front desk never seemed to be in a good mood nor happy to help any time I walked in. I initially came to Flex Fab to have a very simple job done. All I needed was for my grandfather's old machinist's tool chest to be sand blasted. I'm getting started in the machining field of work and this was to be my first machinist's tool chest. All I needed was to have the old paint removed along with a bit of surface rust so I could take the box to be powder coated as I was restoring it to be something special. I took the box in and a gentleman ended up talking to me about blasting it. I made sure to inform him to be careful with the box as it didn't need to be hit hard, just a lighter media to clean it up. He promised me they could do the job without damaging the box and it would come out great. Unfortunately, this was far from the truth. No only did they deform the entire box and it's drawers, but they had used a much heavier media that pitted and ruined the metal. Not only this but they had failed to even clean the media out before giving it back. I tried taking to the gentleman about the shotty work but he promised me it would be fine and shooed me out the door. Now I'm out $125 just to have a small toolbox sandblasted and my grandfather's box is ruined. This came as an utter disappointment and am at a total loss. As long as this review is up, I am still dead in the water without any sort of follow up. Attached are some photos of the parts they ruined.

Fantastic Business they are so friendly and they did an amazing job! I had them fabricate some brackets for a bull bar for my truck and they had it done in 2 days and the brackets looked amazing and fit great! Friendliest people out there and are very cost friendly as well!

I don't have any good news to say about this company. They seem nice, but their work was really bad. I had to weld a aluminum frame and they did a horrible job. They did not have a bead at all. I told them to push the frame together even and they just started welding without straightening it. Last but not least they burn through the frame. I would not recommend them

Excellent job repairing broken Class III trailer hitch. Quoted $40 to $50. Told me $75 when I went to pick it up, because the extra time required to fix it up. Ended up honoring the $50 quote without any fuss. Thank you Flex-Fab!

Came in today just to see if they had any extra scrap metal for a mini bike I’m working on. The nice lady up from took me in the shop and the gentleman cut me what I needed out of their good metal. Handed it to me and I was on my way. It’s the little things that count. Genuinely nice people.

Had a piece break off my pole driver and was dead in the water. Couldn't do any work without it. Took it by and they welded it back in 5 to 10 mins. Very reasonably priced. These guys saved the day! Thanks!
