This group of talented studio owners and filmmakers really made sure we had everything we needed to be successful! We used their amazing LED wall for our Easter film and it couldn’t have been more gorgeous. We are recommended this studio and tech to all of our film friends.

Beautiful curved LED wall with nice color and contrast to blend with the virtual production. They have Unreal capabilities and even a robot. I shot an Asus commercial and it was the perfect place for the production since it offers the LED wall and the robot in one place. They have a great 20by20' overhead RGB light setup that is controllable in 4 zones which is very helpful for blending the scene. The whole facility is nice and clean and there's a big white cyc and green cyc wall plus nice bathrooms, makeup rooms and a production office area with a nice view of the cyc walls from above. The only downside is the nearby train track so if you're doing sound on your production you will need to occasionally hold for the train.

Form Factory Studio is the best historic space to shoot your next video or photo session. It is rich in character with a great ambiance and professional setup to produce high quality work. The team goes above and beyond to provide any extra gear you need for your rental, a lounge space for your team, and hospitable customer service. This space and team are one of a kind.
