I had a Saturday delivery. Procedure is efficient and security guards are helpful. I was told upon arrival it could take 3 hours or 24 hours. I was A little irritated with the broker for not informing me beforehand. However the Warner Robbins/Kathleen GA has a good variety of Uber Eats. So no worries. They have good size staging area. They called me to get my trailer in 2.5 hours. Totally satisfied.

In my Trucking life I never Ever seen like this cumpany.My apointment was 2pm I arrive at around 10 Am they give me door after 2 minut .door 35 . It was unleave load drop trailer 35 go to ther Truck stageng area by Bobtail we call you. Now time 8:30 pm still they did not unload It how long stay after now only God know 1o hours pass. I wish if there Is rate under 1 star I happy to give them.please Truck driver when come to this cumpany .make sure you have Enough Food drink and Tolorance.very worrost cumpany. The Gurd shack the moring shift Guy very agrresive and aftrenoon she is women the same a kind recist and unrespect .very very very Bad people

Please Don’t Come this place live unloading is a Joke! 1st unhook trailer , wait hours and hours . Security guy is rude to answer. Their traffic dispatch number also a joke either they don’t pickup phone and if they do then we are another building and don’t know about unloading. It’s totally Miserable place.
Please don’t book load for this place and don’t come! If you love your family and do t want to mess up your schedule don’t don’t come

I delivered a reefer load, spices at 65F. Appointment at 07:00, checked in at 06:15, back into dock R1 by 06:30, done with paperwork on hand by 07:45. I mean that’s pretty good, and I was told it took a bit longer because I arrived when changing shifts.
Receiving lady, Sandra, was very kind and diligent, she unloaded the trailer in about 20 minutes. I’ll definitely come back if the opportunity presents.
