The team at Fun Spot Manufacturing is extremely thorough when it came down to ensuring the smoothest delivery process possible when planning an install for their customer's various trampoline parks throughout North America.

Coordinating multiple truckloads to deliver over the course of a few days, scheduling a receiving team to fly out that would offload & install the material, and ultimately bartering with me for competitive rates were just a few things their team exceled at.

Every trampoline park owner/buyer that's needing to update their trampoline park should consider Fun Spot Manufacturing as a viable vendor that can deliver on-time and within budget.

I own a Trampoline Training gym where we train freestyle skiers and snowboarders how to do flips and tricks on trampolines prior to moving the tricks to the snow. I had ordered a replacement tramp bed from Fun Spot, they took my money quick enough, and was told that I receive my bed in two weeks. 14 days later I called to find out the shipping date and discover that they have not even started the bed. They stated that they sent me an E-Mail stating this, but going through my junk mail and my inbox there was not one email from FunSpot except the receipt of purchase. I asked to have the e-mail resent, it never was and from that point I was unable to get through to them until I called from a phone # that was from a different state than I live in.

FunSpot Trampoline is one of the most unprofessional company’s I have ever dealt with, and I would recommend using a different company for your trampoline needs.

Personally, I would never do business here. Absolutely horrific location along with grouchy owners who only care about making money. The entire building has to be years out of OSHA code. Just not a good look.

Still, you guys never called me nor emailed me about a return authorization. I had to pay for return shipping.
