Dropped my Honda fit off for coilovers, brakes, and seat installation and after weeks of discussion, I was given a date to bring the car up. (I have all the parts in my car ready to install) I called about 4 weeks after the car was dropped off, I was told he hadn’t touched the car yet but I was given an eta of mid October at the latest. I called today, october 17th, 2023 to check on the progress, and was informed that he still hasn’t touched the car and that he couldn’t give me an eta on when he could start due to their being “other cars ahead of mine”. Why give me an eta? Why tell me to bring my car? Wild. No words were exchanged when I went to get it other than “here are the keys, everything is in the car” — no apology, nothing. I’m sure the work is good if the work ever happens lmao.
