Dropped some parts off first of last week for a machine I had down (costing me $400 every day it’s down) GT told me they’d have my part made Friday when I pull up they were locking their doors on a Friday a 3pm and all the guy said was aw man I’ll get to you next week.. so it cost me another $800 for the weekend for a machine to sit idle. Called the guy right after he left Friday and asked if he would please put the parts I left him outside so I could come get them and he didn’t even bother to respond..
