I have too many complaints to even post here. In short, it looks like a band of rabid weasels built this house. Nails exposed all over, walls bowed, floors dipped, not one straight cabinet, windows bowed, doors uneven, trim missing, island top comes off of base with a pinky, AC was improperly installed and wrong size for homes square footage, cheap parts, crooked outlets, plastic along floor and wall showing, and more. Sure they say they wanna come fix stuff, but why not build it properly to begin with? Worst ordeal my family and I have ever encountered. Biggest regret ever.

Grandmother Received home on December 8th it is now falling apart! Air conditioning is horrible! Interior is horrible! Nails everywhere ! Defects on walls! They will not return calls! No communication at all about fixing things! Do not Purchase from them very unprofessional!

Whole place filled with nails! After delivering here, I inspected my tires and 2 drive tires each had a nail in them! Not cool at all. Drivers you’ve been warned!

I'm very upset with the way this trailer has been built. Very poor. The sound quality in here sucks no insulation. I have a whole list of stuff that is wrong with this place and they just keep coming. I feel these places aren't safe. We purchased this place with our savings and as first time home owners I have just been crying. Asking why?. How can people do this make it make sense so I can understand. How much money we put into and now we still have too. Everything was poorly put together like they didn't care at all. These are gonna be someone's home and that's suppose to be there safe place. And they aren't honoring there warranty at all. Thank God my husband is a plumber. Cause even that was poorly set up. So many issues and nothing being done.

Stay far away these homes are not built to standard as they claim, roof 2x4 exposed to the outside of home, walls damaged unleveled and nails everywhere, windows not installed properly and bent frames cause water to come in, doors not aligned indoor and exterior, holes in the floor covered by linoleum vinyl, a/c ducts not installed properly, cabinets poorly installed falling off the wall, excessive floor cutouts for dryers vent, non working tub, water heater drip pan broken in half. The list goes on. Do not recommend, do not buy, stay far away from this manufacturer. They should be investigated for poorly built homes and selling as good.

Warning: Stay away from Legacy. This company deserves a negative 5 star rating and that is being extremely generous!

My father spent his life's savings to purchase one of this company's mobile homes. It was the Legacy 32x 48 H-3248-32A. Summer 2018.

From shotty trimming, shower door that never sealed, two of three bedroom closets railings that bent and then broke, faulty electrical wiring, and trimming that was pieced together and not nailed or tacked, and that's just the beginning this mobile home has wrong. Legacy refuses to even honor their warranty. Emails, Facebook messages, and phone calls have gone unanswered and or have been totally ignored.

If this company will do this to a senior citizen and veteran, they will do it to anyone!

Several mobile home dealers (Rome, Ga) have stopped selling Legacy because they refuse to honor their warranties, and have a bad reputation.

Again, do not buy a mobile home from this company.

I have a friend being ripped off by this company. They sold her a home, but she cannot move into it MONTHS later. Walls not straight. HVAC doesn’t work. She is getting nowhere with them. They actually told her “what do you expect with a mobile home”?!! It is disgusting to treat people this way. They should be known for the terrible business they are. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Purchased a home three years ago from their colleague Pridgen Enterprises. I have had so many problems. One of my walls is not even as if the walls are bulging out. My daughters ceiling is falling. The shower in the masted bedroom started sinking during the first year of purchase. I had to have the front door replaced because it was coming off the hinges and now the new one is. The back door leaked every time it rained. I am having power glitches almost daily which is a hazard. The insulation is also terrible. This home does not hold heat in the winter and does not hold air in the summer. My first home purchase and I regret the day I purchased it.
