Extremely rude, overpriced, terrible customer service. Galen was rude over the phone today as I inquired about monuments. I arrived at his location within 5 minutes of that phone call to find a small marker stone as my pet labrador's memorial. I was planning on having it etched by another company. He quoted just the stone only at $700 for a 12x16x4 black granite and $580 for grey granite. I would not recommend anyone to visit this business. Galen Mills has the wrong attitude to be in the retail monument business. He rushed us off as he said he had a party to attend. Rude, rude, rude.
