I have been calling for 10 days to report our tank is leaning pulling on the gas line and they need to come out and put it upright as this is a huge safety problem. Still nothing. Do not use this company. Customer service is terrible since they sold out to a big corporation. ?

I don’t recommend this company! We’ve been calling them for 4 days straight to get the tank refilled at my grandfather’s house and no one has been yet. First excuse was it has to be below 40%. Second it was the driver had another route added to his route or he was working someone else’s route. Yesterday, it was going to be here by 7:30pm, never showed. Today, they didn’t come last night because they don’t pump gas after dark, but we’re on the route list again! My grandfather’s tank is below 5% now!

If you are expecting the same service from our local Sungas .. you will be shocked and disappointed as my family has been! It breaks my heart to know this has happened to a company where loving hardworking people built their reputation on customer service!!! The new owners have forgotten they aren’t the only propane providers around and it doesn’t seem to matter if you have been with the company for 38yrs.. and out of gas for 5th day!!! Horrible!
