I had a wonderful agent for 16 years who was winding down her business. About that same time, I was closing a small business and needed to change to individual insurance versus group. This was all new to me. Having met Eric before, and knowing that 4 of my friends use Eric's services for Medicare supplements, he was my first choice to gather information. I couldn't have been happier with how he explained the ACA marketplace. I chose him as my agent and I referred a previous client. He and his wife also switched to Eric. If you need questions answered, and follow up customer service, Eric is the way to go.
