Worst HR department i have ever worked under!! They actually start at 11$ a hour thats sad even for the area you can make more a hour at walmart not to mention you top out at 15 but that's not really the worst of it the management here have made it clear they would rather Adopt CCP methods of control on there employees then try to adapt to the western culture the build a growing environment but it's so very clear this company DOES NOT RESPECT OR HONOR ITS AMERICAN EMPLOYEES Mr Pang will gladly tell you in your orientation that oh we can just replace you and it's easily true because half the staff of the mill are Chinese workers who lead every department and almost everyday I worked here for 3 years my wife worked there 5 this is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO WORK if you care about culture and appreciate or just even being treated like normal people like im serious it's so Wild ok I can literally go on and on about this place It was the last bit of experience I needed for a way better job but if you can get mill experience anywhere else please for your mental sanity and just out of respect for yourself don't belittle yourself and serve this CCP company where does our government actually think all this money is going back to
