Jimmy did an outstanding job representing the musical vibe that we were looking for at our wedding. He was super professional from the beginning, outlining exactly how he works, what equipment he has and also provided a lot of playlists to get started with.
In the end I created several playlists with the type of music we wanted for each part of the day that was different and he was able to create a beautiful mood and hyped up party vibe. For the dance party he really impressed with mash ups of old and new bringing everyone to the dance floor.
Jimmy was truly able to customize his sets to my taste very easily and make it feel authentic to our style and not just any typical wedding. I would highly, highly recommend GE Productions for any DJ needs.

DJ Jimmy Grizzley did a great job for our wedding! The planning process was smooth and he provided detailed instructions for constructing all of our playlists for key moments throughout the wedding. His audio equipment is top notch as well.

For the wedding day, he emcee’d throughout the night and did a killer job during the dancing. Per our instruction, he used our playlists as guides and also mixed in other songs that fit the vibe of the moment. I loved his mixing and he kept the energy up at the right moments. Jimmy also worked well with our wedding planner to make sure all the key moments throughout the night were right on track. Great job all around!

We knew from the beginning one of the most important aspects of our wedding, if not THE most important, was the music and Im so glad we went with GE Productions and had Peter aka Jimmy Grizzly as our DJ. I was between a bigger known company with a plethora of DJs and GE Productions. In the end, the other company was no match for GE Productions’ professionalism and organization as well as music and production knowledge that would lead us to have an amazing reception. What sold me was when Peter let us know they don’t overbook their DJs in case something falls through with the scheduled one, and with the pandemic going on this REALLY put me at ease. From our first meeting with Peter, both my now husband and I vibed so well with him, we all bonded over our love for house music and the understanding of the mix of genres we wanted for our wedding. He clearly layed out the package options, pricing and add ons, and it was worth every penny. As a bride on a budget I had to pick and choose what was worth the money and GE Productions was worth every penny. He gave us time to reach our decision without pressuring us, just polite follow ups. Once hired, he stayed in contact all the way through the wedding and even after with a follow-up and congratulations. He was very responsive by both email and phone. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire him. He encouraged us to make playlists of what we liked/didn’t like, key moments songs, and any area we failed to pick songs for he flawlessly took care of it and I trusted him completely to ensure a fun smooth day. And, for a white guy he had no problem with Spanish name pronunciation or music selection. GE Productions has unmatched professionalism and I cannot recommend them enough. Type A people… he will make your soul happy. Our guests rave to this day about how much fun they had all the pictures and videos prove the dance floor was never empty. We hired GE Productions for the ceremony music, cocktail hour and reception and chose add ons that were well worth the price, beautiful up lighting and a Monogram of our names. I look forward to the next event I can use his services and recommend them to any and everyone who asks. I just really cant say enough good things about Peter and GE Productions.
P.S. Don’t let their website intimated you, I did find it a tad overwhelming, it is VERY detailed and technical.

Obsessed. Nathan Shane is quite honestly the most incredible DJ I've ever come across. He's a pretty wonderful human, too, which makes him extra awesome. He DJ'd a couple events I had been to and completely killed it. I recently hired him to DJ our company holiday party, and he did not disappoint. Nathan has an incredible ability to read the room and get the party going, no matter who the audience. One coworker commented, " If all holiday music sounded like this, I'd listen to it all year."
