I'm surprised at the other review because I've had multiple positive experiences. I'm a traveling photographer and have a series pelican cases with custom foam interiors created by Georgia Case. I'm local, so I walk in. Each time I visit, I bring the equipment I want to protect, they advise me on case sizes, foam types, measure everything precisely and create amazing enclosures that fit/protect my gear better than I could have imagined. From ipads and laptops to 40lb printers- they have protected all of it and never has any of it arrived to a destination damaged!

I ordered a custom case for my Bad Cat custom shop amp. They told me that it would be finished in 3 weeks. Three weeks later, I had to call 3 or 4 times over the course of 3 days to get them to finish it by week 4. Finally, they made the case. When I got there, it didn't have a handle on top of the case which I ordered and paid for. So I had to wait on them to put the handle on which made me late for an appointment. I took the case home to find that it didn't fit my amp. It was an inch too deep. I took it back, and they said that they would put another inch of foam in it. I told them that I didn't want to add an inch of foam to a "custom" case that didn't fit. I wanted the case to fit my custom amp perfectly. They refused. They gave me a 7.5% discount, but they would only install more foam. They would not redo the case to properly fit my amp. So now my amp doesn't sit in the center of the case; it sits an inch forward.

If you're looking for a custom case, avoid Georgia Case Company. Give Brady Cases a try.

Found exactly what I was looking for with zero hassle! This place was a godsend to me. ATA cases tend to be expensive and generally impossible to buy online due to the customized nature of what people use them for.

I visited on 12/21/17 looking for a large trunk style ATA case for musical equipment. I brought my gear to see in person if it would fit and I was led into the warehouse to see what they had in stock. Floor to ceiling cases of all sizes! After about 5 minutes we found a used case and I paid 1/3rd what it would have cost me new. I will almost assuredly be back! My business couldn't have gone any better and I would absolutely recommend GCC to anyone who needs cases for their gear

Brought by a bunch of equipment to get measured which they did. They took down my info and said they’d get back to me on pricing for the cases in a day or two. Months go by, they never called me back and I called them about half a dozen times and left messages with no response. What a joke and waste of time. Taking my business elsewhere.

I bought a 6u shock mounted rack as a “used” item from a retailer in my state. The case was perfect when I bought it. Practically un-used. I used it for one season and noticed the laminate was pulling up from the wood. As a case builder myself in the past, this happens when you try to glue and press the laminate to the wood with contact cement, or high heat glue versus buying Pre-laminated ply that is adhered with a two part epoxy. This was a great case and very sad that it’s practically unusable to me in my business at this point. Would love to rebuild it, but the time for that monumental task it’d be cheaper to buy a new one from a different company. Good quality construction, but unfortunately it’s only as good as its weakest link.

I'm in a bind, needed a computer road case. I drove there and there's no business to be found....out of business as far as I can tell. Their website is still live for some reason, but nothing at their location. Google needs to upgrade this business in their search.
